For the second year in a row, Stara gives its employees’ kids a school supply kit. The kits were delivered on Friday, January 14th, in the headquarters in Não Me Toque, in Carazinho, in Santa Rosa, and Argentina.

The executive director of Stara Finance, Nicole Stapelbroek Trennepohl, highlights that the school supply kit is a way to give a gift, encourage and help the employees’ families at the same time. “The greatest asset anyone can have is education. I hope the kids can use these kits to optimize their learning process and change not only our community but our state and our country into a better place to live,” she points out.

The employee Antônio Gilmar dos Santos, who has been working for 8 years at Stara, says that it is rewarding to receive a school supply kit for his son, Diovane Antonie dos Santos. “It shows the company is not concerned about its employees only, but to their families too.”

The employee Alessandra Kaiser de Almeida, who has been working for more than a year in the company, was really glad about the kits for her 7-year-old daughters Milena and Mariele: “It helps a lot my budget for this year beginning.”

The kit is comprised of a backpack (only for new employees’ kids who didn’t receive it last year), a notebook, a ruler, a pencil case, an eraser, a pencil sharpener, a pen, glue, a pair of scissors, and colored pencils. Over 1000 kids, from 6 to 14 years old, received the school supply kits.
