The company operates in more than 35 countries on the five continents and continues to expand its operations abroad. In order to align objectives and goals with its overseas salespeople (Europe, Asia and Africa), Stara is holding the first International Sales Meeting this week and following all the prevention measures against coronavirus.
Stara Commercial Director, Márcio Fülber, emphasizes the importance of this historic moment for Stara. “It is critical that we bring together international salespeople for Stara growth process in the external market. We are making plans to make Stara more and more present worldwide and provide a robust growth over the next years,” says Márcio.
For Stara Export Manager Jean Sébastien François Salaud, the meeting is hugely important because the overseas market is gaining more and more prominence within export and Stara. “We have plenty of issues to discuss and actions to plan,” says Jean.
Stara sales representative in Russia, Vladimir Adas, points out that the Sales Meeting is an opportunity for international salespeople to broaden their perceptions of Stara future abroad and bring them closer to the factory. “Stara International is a huge step. We expect a lot of growth,” Vladimir points out.
In addition to training, the salespeople also see the factory structure and the manufacturing process of the equipment.
