Imperador 3000 and Imperador 4000 feature a robust structure with cut-of-the-edge technology. As a result, it ensures excellent spraying delivering precision and economy. Additionally, they are equipped with high-capacity chemical solution tanks that increase operating yield. Imperador 4000 has a chemical solution tank capacity of 4000 litres, while Imperador 3000 has a chemical solution capacity of 3000 litres.

The ramp capacity is 32%, the highest on the market. Therefore, it eases operations over bumpy terrains. Another remarkable feature is the central booms. Their total length can be 30 or 36 meters. Consequently, they deliver more stability during applications and ensure 58% more chemical solution on target (data provided by FAPA – Agrarian Foundation of Agricultural Research MT Foundation). Boom stability is achieved thanks to the machine weight distribution – 50% on the back and 50% on the front.

As an optional feature, Imperador 3000 and 4000 add the Smart 4-Wheel-Steering System, which allows for a 42% shorter turning radius than conventional systems. As a result, it reduces crop damage by up to 45% over boundary areas and during steering procedures in the crop field. Another optional feature is the Up & Down – Hydraulic Lift System, a feature that allows for the highest application height – 3 meters, and the highest ground clearance on the market – up to 2 meters. This system allows the machine to enter the crop after tasselling stage.

The Nozzle-by-Nozzle Control System (optional) shuts off the spray nozzle automatically when Topper 5500 identifies an area where the chemical solution has already been applied to prevent overlap and product waste. The machine equipped with this system has the Continuous Recirculating System, which keeps the chemical solution moving in the tank and piping. As a result, the chemical solution is always homogeneous and with the proper content and ensuring greater spraying uniformity.

Not to mention the optional Twin Row Spraying System. The system is equipped with two rows of spray tips that allow applications with a wide operating speed range to increase the operating yield. These rows can operate either alternated or together. As they perform applications with ideal pressure, they can ensure excellent application quality by keeping the droplet size uniform and avoiding drift.

The farmer can also choose the Blue Beam system. A lighting specific for spray tips that enables clearer visibility during nighttime applications.

Excellent spraying efficiency and high yields are ensured with Imperador 3000 and Imperador 4000.
