Silmara has been working for nine years in the branch in Carazinho. She started working with burrs. Then, she took a lathe machine course. Next, she worked in the machining sector for four years. After that, she worked in the tooling room as an administrative person.
For Silmara, Stara is like a family. “Working at Stara means the world to me. I can’t imagine myself working in another place. Regarding the future expectations, she says they are the best possible, and she will keep cooperating for the company growth. “You see the company growth. It used to be different then, and today it is even higher. The company is acquiring machines, expanding the factory. In other words, it provides everything we need to perform a good job. It is growing even more, and this is really good. We’ll have plenty of challenges and new things to develop. There’s a lot to cooperate for Stara’s evolution”, she says.
