On August 16, Stara welcomed students and teachers of the course of agriculture engineering from the Universidade Federal de Pelotas – UFPEL for a technical visit to the industrial park of the company. During the visit, the participants could meet the company’s history, its industrial park and some of the results in precision farming obtained in the projects that Stara participates, such as the Projeto Aquarius and the MAS farms. The students also could meet the precise planting system used in the Stara’s planters, through the simulator DPS.
