On April 9th, the new management of CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) 2018/2019 took over at Stara. CIPA is formed by 32 new members (16 members elected by the employees and 16 members indicated by the company). The HR manager, Volmir Amann, the Manufacturing Engineering manager, Atilano Baú and the Manufacturing manager, Fábio Vargas attended the ceremony, as well as SESMT representatives. The new management is chaired by employee Cleber Gustavo dos Santos. CIPA performs the work on prevention of accidents and occupational diseases with the employees, and it also holds monthly meetings when all CIPA members take part.
