On April 11th, Stara held a ceremony for introducing the new management of CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention). The commission will be managed by the collaborator Gustavo Rogalski in 2016. He succeeds Fabiana Simon.

“We are happy to get this opportunity for working in CIPA, for having a dedicated and committed team that seeks to do a good job in preventing accidents and improving the welfare of the employees. We count on all members of the CIPA and on the company’s employees to do a good governance”, said the president.

The manufacturing director, Lucas Arend, the HR manager, Volmir Amann, and the manufacturing manager, Jorge Schwaab, were present in the event. “Stara makes any effort to ensure the safety of its employees. We have to be careful to prevent accidents,” said Lucas, at the same time as he wished success to the current management. The HR manager said that acting with CIPA requires dedication. “CIPA requires will and dedication over each member. The accident prevention is a job that never stops and everybody must be part of it. We wish a good job to the new management,” said Volmir.

The CIPA commission is composed by employees from different sectors, elected by voting open to all employees.
