Bruttus 12000 spreader by gravity has been winning Brazil and the world with its great application uniformity and precision when it comes to applying substances for soil regulation and granulated fertilizers. One of the remarkable features of Bruttus 12000 is that it is self-transportable. Since the chassis is articulated, it reduces the spreader width by 3.18 metres for transport. As a result, it is easier to transport the implement on narrow roadways, gates, and bridges.

Plenty of farmers have approved the equipment, like the brothers Marcos and Marcelo Sandri of the Grupo Agro Corrente of the town of Riachão in the state of Maranhão. “We chose Bruttus 12000 because of its application quality and meets our needs since it ensures application uniformity and more economy.”, he points out.   They own two Bruttus 12000 spreaders. The brothers highlight the transport mode of the implement, which eases the transport among their farms. “The spreader met our expectations. It is quite a piece of equipment”, says Marcos. Reboke Ninja, Brava + corn head, Hércules 6.0, and Hércules 10 000 are the Stara products the brothers have acquired.

The farm grower Martinho Bragagnollo of the town of Água Santa in the state of the Rio Grande do Sul is also happy with Bruttus 12000: “We decided to purchase the equipment because of its application quality, easy to be transported, and variable rate technology, which provides excellent results over the applied area.”

He also mentions that Bruttus 12000 delivers economy with a uniform application over the whole area. “The experience has been good since tests and applications were done over an area of 80 hectares”, says Martinho. Additionally, he owns a Princesa Top planter and other Stara implements.

Learn more about Bruttus 12000

It is equipped with a hopper of up to 12,000kg capacity, which provides great operation autonomy. Tilting hopper that features protective grille pieces that are hydraulically driven, which eases their cleaning process. Additionally, it has side and front flanges, which prevent product waste during loading, and inner agitators that prevent product build-up on the hopper walls.

The application height is 1.25 m, and the application range of the new Bruttus 12000 is 6.7 m, which provides high operational efficiency and speed range, keeping the spreading quality.

To ensure greater terrain copying during spreading operations, the new Bruttus 12000 features two wheelset systems. These wheelsets are mounted beneath the hopper, which eases access to the loading process. On the other hand, the tyres with high-pressure flotation prevent the soil from becoming compacted.

The new spreader by gravity from Stara can operate with variable rate. Product metering is automatically adjusted by the PWM System, as the recommendations from the application map imported to Topper 5500 SL controller.  The new transmission system comprises only one sprocket wheel assembly for all desired application rates.

As optional features, Bruttus 12000 provides you with Telemetria Stara and Syncro. Telemetria Stara manages the information of the operations performed in the crop field, in real-time, by means of a device with Internet access. Syncro allows up to four Bruttus 12000 implements to operate synchronized in the same crop field, with radio communication.
